And why? Too often people focus on what they don’t do well instead of what they do.

Programme Objectives.

At this programme’s conclusion, participants should be able to:

• Explain their dominant talents

• Put their talents to use in the workplace and at home

• Appreciate and leverage the strengths of others

How the team strengths day work

 First stage – Online Assessment.

When you decide to discover your strengths we start you off with completing the Clifton StrengthsFinder® on-line assessment, used by over 16 million people worldwide, to identify your talents. This assessment takes about 45 minutes to complete and at the end you will receive a report with your top 5 talent themes. From this report we can proceed to:-

 Second Stage - Group Strengths Coaching Session.

We then work with the team for the day to outline the principles of strengths and help each one to connect with their top 5 Strengths to maximise each member’s talents into strengths. The group coaching time involves a series of interactive session through out the day to create thought and discussion There are 3 phases to the coaching process to develop talents into strengths

Name it - identifying the words and phrases from a theme that specifically resonate with you and becoming familiar with them so you know them well and can use them purposefully

Claim it - appreciating the power and opportunities that your top 5 themes give you and accepting personal responsibility for developing them

Aim it - intentionally investing in the development of your talents and taking specific actions to flex talents to accomplish goals, reach desired outcomes and better respond to everyday situations.

 Third Stage - Team development.

Team activities will help team members appreciate each others strengths and develop a greater understanding of how their strengths work together to make a productive successful team.
