Kinglake Leadership Solutions Ltd (KLS) have launched Intelligent Effectiveness Programme as part of our mission to improve the communication and personal effectiveness of leaders through insights on interpersonal blind spots.
The Programme
Throughout 2024, we are facilitating some remote Personal Effectiveness Programmes for cohorts of leaders who are eager to optimise their personal and commercial effectiveness. The self-development journey will use innovative approaches including short surveys and video content underpinned by coaching & mentoring to equip leaders with immediately actionable solutions to effect and embed change..
Transactional Communication.
At KLS we believe that effective interpersonal communication is key to individual performance and company performance through creating a psychologically safe culture for people to grow and innovative ideas to flow.
The problem.
Transactional communication is also key to improving productivity. There are 3 things in business that we all recognise are important: communication, communication oh and communication! Within soft skills development, communication skills is generally perceived as one way and there is little focus on transactional (interpersonal one to one) communication which is crucial for professionals to be highly effective, build internal & external relationships founded on trust and sustain a high performing culture.
The Solution.
We believe that EI is the delivery system to drive this performance.
Emotional Intelligence is overlooked in professional training and if developed to the same level as IQ and maintained through ongoing self-development – creates high performing people and cultures.
Our solution is a remote programme that provides a guided path for this self-development, using the tried and tested framework developed by Eric Berne in the 1960s – Transactional Analysis. It comprises of 5 stages, starting with Freemium and progressing to a Premium managed service for eligible professionals – subject to the outputs in their Transactional Communication evaluation reports. These will be provided following the first two stages of the programme.
The programme includes short surveys and video content underpinned by coaching & mentoring to equip leaders with immediately actionable solutions to effect and embed change.
